We are Port Services Company located in Maspion Industrial Estate, Gresik-East Java which operated Jetty facilities for loading/unloading Liquid bulk, Dry bulk and General Cargo. We are seeking qualified – Indonesian’s as below:

1. Accounting & Finance Supervisor
Specific Requirements :
a. S1 degree in Accounting with GPA minimum 3.0
b. Have experience at least 2 - 5 years , preferable have experience as Supervisor
c. Preferable have tax knowledge
d. Age maximum 30 years old
e. Good communication in English both verbal & written
f. Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft Office including power point
g. Able to communicate professionally to all parties
h. Expertise in presenting
i. Excellent skills to lead subordinates or working team
j. Able to handle pressure and deadlines
k. Excellent skills to coordinate with others

Job Description :
a. Overseeing daily transactions including account payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
b. Preparing budget report and forecast revenue
c. Preparing Accounting and Financial report
d. Monitoring the daily performance of accounting department
e. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
f. Organize financial and maintain update records
g. Ensure the aging payable & receivable in accordance with the companies targets
h. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company target
i. Experience to develop ERP

2. Commercial/ Marketing Staff
a. Female
b. S1 Degree from any major but prefer Economic Management
c. GPA min 3.00
d. Preferable have working experience at least 2 years (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
e. Age maximum 30 years old
f. Good looking and communicating in english both oral & writing
g. Able to operate computer minimum microsoft office
h. Have good communication skills, especially verbal
i. Have expertise in negotiating
j. Have expertise in presenting
k. Have the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
l. Have people skills and ability to coordinate is good
m. Look attractive and sociable

Job Description :
a. Finding new customers
b. Make a price quotation and proposal to potential customer
c. Maintain existing customer

3. Jetty Master
Specific Requirements :
- Male
- S1 technic( (Fresh Graduate) Sea Transportation Management, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Marine Academy) with GPA min 3.00
- Age minimum 22 years old
- Good communicating in English both verbal & writing
- Preferable Having knowledge of the operation system / management logistics and sea transportation
- Preferable Having Safety Knowledge (K3), P3K & 5S
- Preferable Having knowledge of port operations (shore officer,etc)
- Able to communicate professionally to all parties and excellent negotiator
- Excellent skills to coordinate with others
- Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft office

Job Description :
- Handle berthing and unberthing of ships
- Control operational load/unloading at site, safety & security of the ships while in Jetty
- Embodies quality and K3 in Jetty working area

4. Electrical Engineering Staff
Specific Requirements :
a. Male
b. S1 Degree in Electrical (High Current)
c. Age maximum 35 years
d. GPA Min 3.00
e. Have Experience 3 – 5 year (fresh graduate are welcome)
f. Preferable can operate Auto Cad 2D / 3D.
g. Good knowledge in national & international standard (PUIL)

Job Description
a. Review drawing, lighting layout, grounding, cathode protection, typical installation detail
b. Prepare electrical load list calculation, voltage drop calculation, power study (ETAP) single line diagram, cable & generator sizing
c. Prepare MTO (material take off) electrical
d. Prepare instrument data sheet & calculation
