Under Indonesia’s private power programme, PT. YTL Jawa Timur operates and maintains this 2 x 650 MW Coal-fired Power Station. The station is located at Paiton, Probolinggo District of East Java, 141 km Southeast of Surabaya. Following the fast growing demand of electrical power in Jawa – Bali, The Company needs young and energetic employees. For that purpose, we invite bright young fresh graduates to join us as:

TECHNICAL TRAINEES
This opportunity is open for up to 12 (twelve) successful candidates. The trainees will have 1 year in-depth training program to learn power plant operation & maintenance through advanced power plant simulator as well as on the job training. This program is then followed by regular employment position as permanent staff in plant operation and maintenance as assistant unit controllers / assistant engineers. Requirements for joining the program:
1. S-1 degree from reputable Universities (preferable from Brawijaya University & Institute Technology of 10 November Surabaya);
2. Fresh graduates (having formal evidence from the faculty). This program is only applied for 2018 graduates;
3. Minimum GPA : 3,00;
4. Major Studies:
a. Mechanical Engineering (Conversion Energy)
b. Electrical Engineering (Power System,)
5. Having skills in English both written and oral will be an advantage;
6. Commitment through a bond to work minimum of 2 years after the training program.
