The Company’s main business activities include  the integrated planting and harvesting of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) from palm plantations, processing of FFB into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernels (PK), and the selling of both CPO and PK. The production and selling of CPO and PK are performed directly or through the Company’s subsidiaries.

The Company was listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013, offering 10% of its shares at the time of its Initial Public Offering.

Currently, ANJ does not only focus on oil palm plantation, but also oversees sago project (from harvesting to processing into sago starch),  edamame cultivation in cooperation with local farmers; and, the renewable energy business.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

PROGRAM A : MT – Non Agronomi & PROGRAM B : MT - Agronomi

Persyaratan :

- Usia maksimal 26 tahun (per tanggal 1 Agustus 2017)
- Minimal pendidikan D4 / S1 dari jurusan Manajemen komunikasi, akuntansi, hukum, teknik mesin, teknik elektro, teknik industri, teknik lingkungan, teknik kimia, Psikologi, Manajemen dan energi terbarukan untuk PROGRAM A
- Minimal Pendidikan D4 / S1 dari jurusan Agronomi, agrobisnis, agroteknologi, dan hama penyakit & tanaman (HPT) untuk PROGRAM B
- IPK minimal 3,00 untuk perguruan tinggi negeri dan IPK minimal 3,25 untuk perguruan tinggi swasta
- Berstatus belum menikah dan bersedia menunda pernikahan sampai dengan Program MT selesai
- Bersedia menerima ikatan dinas selama dua tahun
- Memiliki integritas yang tinggi, dinamis, inisiatif tinggi dan mampu bekerja dalam team
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, dan power point)
- Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah operasional perusahaan
