Property Asset Optimization Manager
General Requirements

 * Maximum age 45 years old
 * Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
 * Proficient in English both spoken and written
 * Registration: July 8-22 2019
 * Test location: Jakarta
 * Placement: PT PLN (Persero)

Specific Requirements

 * Diploma IV / Bachelor degree / Master degree in Marketing / Business Management / Property Management / Asset Management
 * Have experience minimum 5 (five) years in the field of Business Development and Property Marketing
 * Having competencies in:
   - property development and marketing
   - property area management
 * Has an orientation in Business and Asset Commercialization, and
 * Have knowledge and networking, especially in property business and property construction
 * Preferably have Property Appraiser Certificate
